Users say Modern Warfare 3's ELITE content is locked to one profile per system

Users on the Call of Duty forums are complaining about the inability to play the recently released Modern Warfare 3 content drop with other players on the same system. Apparently, only the owner of the content can play the content, and not the owner plus a friend using a different profile on the same console.

When thread starter xidorn stated that he and his son could not play the content on the same Xbox, user HalfericTuck replied with the following: "I just tried on my other account and you are right, I cannot use the maps on the same Xbox with another gamertag even though it's all on the same Xbox."

The thread goes on to discuss how people suspect the content needs to be bought twice, with xidorn replying, "I know right im not paying 50$ each profile thats ridiculous it be different if it was multiple 360's I can see that but not on the same 360."

The download terms when queuing up the purchase of the maps state, "You can use this item on the first Xbox 360 console you downloaded it to. Access to this item will also be granted to all users on this first console."
