CES 2012: AT&T data plans for Vita priced

Sony yesterday revealed the price-points for AT&T's 3G data service for the PlayStation Vita. As of now, there are two plans: $14.99 for 250MB and $25 for 2GB. Those who have a smartphone will be accustomed to these rates, as they are quite similar to that of a phone contract. Luckily, 3G service for Vita doesn't require any kind of contract.

Another key thing to remember, neither of these plans are necessary to play the Vita. You can still opt for the Wi-Fi-only SKU of the handheld, which will retail for $249.99. The 3G/Wi-Fi SKU will retail for $299.99. Both will release on February 22.
